A man in his 40s who refused to be tested while wearing an electronic anklet was sentenced to prison again for violating the ban on drinking more than 0.03% and complying with the alcohol test by the probation officer.



The Wonju Branch of the Chuncheon District Court announced that it sentenced 48-year-old A to three months in prison for violating the law on electronic device attachment.
