"The government installed a one-stop integrated support center to handle about 350 civil complaints requested by the bereaved families and the injured, and also set up a new 'Itaewon Disaster Ministry of Public Administration and Security Support Group' for support for the bereaved families and memorial projects," he explained.



"If you need help regarding the Itaewon accident, please contact the 'One-Stop Integrated Support Center' or the 'Itaewon Disaster Ministry of Public Administration and Security Support Team' and we will actively support you," he said.
