The Supreme Court issued an order to stop the stalking crime and to prohibit access to the 'Citizen Media The Exploration' reporter who followed Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon on his way home from work.

Yesterday (29th), the 3rd division of the Supreme Court confirmed a court order ordering Mr. A of The Tamsa not to approach within 100m of a minister's assistant Mr. B and Mr. B's residence and not to contact him by phone or e-mail.

Accordingly, Mr. A cannot go near one minister while Mr B is performing one minister.

Mr. A is accused of causing anxiety and fear by following a minister's party on their way home from work in August and September.

It is known that Mr. A had not requested a separate interview.

On the 1st of last month, Mr. A objected when the court accepted the police application and decided on provisional measures under the Stalking Punishment Act, but the Supreme Court also made the same decision.
