According to Gyeonggi-do today (28th), 47-year-old A met 26-year-old B, a woman with intellectual disabilities through a chat app in September 2019, and said that she would marry B, who also had intellectual disabilities. I went into Mr. B's house and lived together.



First of all, Mr. A blocked external exchanges, such as her relatives and Mr. B's support company for her disabled activities.



She subsequently made property gains, such as withdrawing cash from an account in her name or using a check card.



She also transferred the cash in the payment account, such as Mr. B's disability pension, Dobi disability allowance, and disabled air conditioning expenses, to an account in her or someone else's name.



In particular, Mr. B canceled her brother's retirement pension and intercepted her cancellation fee.



In this way, the amount of exploitation by Mr. A reached 78 million won.



In addition, Mr. A tried to get her settlement money by making her B criminally sue her maternal grandmother and her maternal uncle for fraud.



In the process, Mr. B’s maternal uncle reported the related information to the Northern Gyeonggi Disabled Persons Rights Protection Agency in December of last year, and the Northern Gyeonggi Disabled Human Rights Protection Agency, after its own investigation, judged the case as clear economic exploitation of the disabled in April of this year, and A accused Mr.



Mr. A was arrested and indicted on charges of violating the Disabled Persons Welfare Act (neglect), fraud, and theft, and the Goyang Branch of the Uijeongbu District Court sentenced him to 7 years in prison on the 8th.
