In the process of moving the forklift from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor using a large crane, it was found that the accident occurred when the forklift was put down without seeing worker A working on the 6th floor.
After receiving the report, 119 paramedics were dispatched, but Mr. A was known to have died at the scene.
The police charged the crane driver with negligent manslaughter on the job and called construction officials to investigate whether safety rules were followed.
