There are still areas insufficiently covered by mobile phone operators on French territory.

A decree dated December 17, 2020 designates these sectors in which measures must be taken.

Among these is the village of Laprugne (Allier) which will, however, benefit from a new branch;

Free Mobile was chosen to install the infrastructure.

It will take place at the top of a 40 meter pylon installed on a 128 m2 site.

No trees will be felled for the occasion.

The plants will even be used to conceal the pylon, which will be transported by air.

Orange is also concerned by this antenna which will be put into service soon.

The incumbent operator will also set up a branch in the center of the village.

There are currently essentially gray areas covered by Bouygues Telecom and SFR.

With these developments, Laprugne will eventually be able to benefit from the presence of the four mobile telephone operators on its territory without having to pay a euro.

To improve mobile coverage in the Montagne Bourbonnaise, ten additional pylons will be installed by 2035.
