While Suwon serial rapist Park Byung-hwa (39) was released from prison today (31st), it was confirmed that he had prepared a new residence in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi.
Park was released from Cheongju Prison at around 5:12 am today.
After Park's release from prison, it was expected that he would live in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, the place of his last crime.
Park wore an electronic anklet (location tracking electronic device) just before being released from prison, and his exact residence will be revealed on the sex offender notification e site sometime today.
Previously, Park was arrested and sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping 10 women in their 20s by breaking into villas in Gwonseon-gu and Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si from December 2002 to October 2007.
