Mr. A, who was stabbed with a knife, also went to the hospital himself without reporting to the police and hid the crime, saying that he had harmed himself.
However, during the police investigation, a gang leader, Mo Park, was identified as a suspect.
Park was arrested in 2008 after stabbing the president of a nightclub in Gangnam, Seoul to death, and evading police pursuits by 'face-off' to change his appearance with plastic surgery.
The police charged him with murder, but the prosecution charged him with homicide, and he was sentenced to three years in prison.
This time, Park was reported to have committed the crime when he was asked to 'receive the borrowed money' and went to see the company.
The police applied for an arrest warrant for Park, who was arrested the day before (26th).
