On the evening of the 23rd, a Korean Air flight departing from Incheon International Airport to Cebu Mactan Airport in the Philippines departed from the runway due to bad weather during landing.



At the time of the accident, it was reported that it was raining so much that it was impossible to see in Cebu.



The plane of the accident was an A330-300 manufactured by Airbus, with 162 passengers and 11 crew on board.



Passengers and crew members made an emergency escape on slides from the aircraft that were off the runway.



There have been no major casualties so far, but a large part of the plane was damaged in the impact of the accident.



Korean Air is preparing to send an alternative flight to Cebu.
