Composer and businessman Don Spike and Kim Min-soo, who are charged with drug use, have been brought to trial under arrest.



The 5th Criminal Division of the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office (Park Kyung-seop, chief prosecutor) arrested and indicted Don Spike on charges such as arbitration under the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes.



According to the prosecution, Don Spike is charged with purchasing methamphetamine worth 45 million won nine times since the end of last year and administering methamphetamine a total of 14 times, including administering methamphetamine to female receptionists in a hotel party room in Gangnam.



There is also a suspicion of handing methamphetamine ecstasy to another person 7 times and possessing 20g of methamphetamine.



Police caught Don Spike's involvement while investigating another drug case, and arrested him at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul on the 26th of last month around 8 pm.



At first, it was known that he had methamphetamine 30g, but as a result of measuring the weight of methamphetamine excluding the plastic bag, 10g was reduced, the prosecution explained.



20g of methamphetamine is usually equivalent to about 667 servings based on a single dose (0.03g).



Prosecutors handed over all the suspects sent in connection with Don Spike's crimes, including Mr.



On the 28th of last month, right after the interrogation of the suspect (warrant substantive examination) before arrest, Don Spike told reporters, "It's all my fault, and I'll be faithful to the investigation, so I'll pay for the crime."
