At around 8:30 pm on the 19th, a woman A in her 20s assaulted a man B in her 40s on a road in Beon-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul and was arrested by the police.



It is the intersection of Gangbuk-gu Office, about 200m away from Suyu Station.



A woman was walking on the road, kicking a passing vehicle and assaulting a victim who tried to block it.

At that time, Mr. A kept hitting and kicking himself when Mr. C tried to crack down on him smoking in a non-smoking area, and a video taken by a nearby citizen was shared around the online community, causing outrage.



During the investigation of this case, the arrest warrant requested for Mr. A was dismissed, but he committed another assault after a month.



The police applied for an arrest warrant again, saying, "There is a high risk of recidivism."



The police are also investigating the allegation that Mr. A damaged Mr. B's vehicle.
