Composers Don Spike and Kim Min-soo, who are charged with drug use, were handed over to the prosecution today (the 5th) under arrest.
The Nowon Police Station in Seoul sent Kim to the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act this morning.
Kim, who was imprisoned in the Dobong Police Station detention center, immediately got into the prepared vehicle and exited the police station.
According to the police, from December last year to September this year, Kim jointly purchased methamphetamine 8 times with the owner of a newsroom.
One of them was confirmed to have been purchased exclusively through Telegram.
Kim is accused of using drugs several times during the same period and taking drugs a total of 10 times, including alone in hotels and vehicles.
A police official said, "A total of 17 people related to Kim and the owner of the newsroom have been booked," said a police official.
