A driver in his 20s who was driving a drunken car crashed into a parked car, killing the owner of a nearby car.
According to the Busan Police Agency on the 5th, a Tucson vehicle driven by a man in his 20s crossed the central line and collided with an SM5 vehicle parked on the opposite road on a road in Gangseo-gu, Busan at around 3:55 am that day.
The SM5 vehicle, which had been thrown out due to the impact of the accident, hit the owner B, who was sitting on the roadside, and B was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, but eventually died.
As a result of the police investigation, the blood alcohol level of Mr. A at the time of the accident was confirmed to be at the level of license suspension.
The police believe that Mr. A was driving while drunk and driving while drowsy, and is investigating the circumstances of the accident by arresting him on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning Traffic Accidents (Death).
