Person A, who was driving without a helmet at the time, was caught by traffic police Mr. B.



B, who approached A for identification, found out that he was driving without a license and blocked the front with the handle of the motorcycle to prevent the escape.



However, Mr. A increased the speed of his motorcycle and started to run away, and Mr. B was dragged about 60m while hanging on the motorcycle.



As a result of the accident that occurred on that day, it was confirmed that traffic police B was seriously injured, requiring four weeks of treatment.
