It is a lodging business for 240,000 won per night.



In another apartment nearby, there are more than 10 households suspected of illegal lodging, and vehicles with different numbers come and go on holidays and weekends.

Customers often drink or talk until late at night, so complaints are constant at the management office.

It is estimated that there are 2,000 apartments or officetels operating illegally through accommodation apps in Gangwon-do alone, but even if they are cracked down, most of them are only fines.
