The interrogation of several applications for injunctions filed by former President Lee Jun-seok of People's Power to suspend the effect of Jeong Jin-seok's Emergency Response Committee has begun.
The Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court began the interrogation period for the 3rd, 4th, and 4th injunction applications filed by former President Lee against the People's Power, Jeong Jin-seok, and 6 non-commissioned members at around 11 am.
Former representative Lee was in attendance, and the People's Power side was attended by Kim Jong-hyeok and Jeon Joo-hye.
The court will hear the opinions of both sides and proceed with the interrogation in a way that seeks explanations for the parts necessary for the decision.
