Jeon Joo-hwan, the suspect in the 'Sindang Station Murder Case', will be sentenced to the first trial on the charge of stalking and illegally filming a murder victim in the past.

On the 29th, the Seoul Western District Court will hold the sentencing hearing of Chun, who was charged with violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes, Violating the Stalking Punishment Act, and Violating the Information and Communications Network Act.

The victim's legal representative applied to the court for a closed trial, prohibition of observing, and non-disclosure of the judgment for fear of secondary damage, and it has not yet been decided whether the court will accept it.

Chun is accused of creating anxiety 351 times, including sending illegal filmed footage and sending threats and messages to the victim, who was a motive for joining the Seoul Transportation Corporation in early October last year.

Originally, the sentencing of this case was on the 15th, but it was postponed as Jeon went to the victim's workplace, Sindang Station, and killed him on the 14th, a day before.

There were also observations that Chun's murder would be merged with the previous sex crime case, but it is known that the court decided to separately judge the case before Chun's murder.
