Kim Gwang-ho, commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, said, "We plan to reorganize and inspect all 400 cases of stalking by October 18," taking the 'Sindang Station Stalking Murder Case' as an opportunity.

Commissioner Kim said at a press conference, "We will review the overall investigation to see if there is any risk in the case that is pending, along with the case that is not appealing, and systematically strengthen the investigation command on the front lines."

Commissioner Kim explained that if a risk is found even in an irresponsible case, crime victim safety measures (personal protection) registration, smart watch payment, and interim measures will be taken.

In addition, he said that in case of a dangerous case, he would consult with the prosecution to take expeditious provisional measures, while also discussing ways to substantiate the tracking of the perpetrator's location.

Commissioner Kim said that one more victim was identified in the investigation of the 'Nth Room 2' and the total number has increased to eight.

The police have arrested several distributors and viewers and are investigating, and two of them have been arrested on charges of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Adolescents and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

The main culprit, 'L', is investigating the whereabouts.

An official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency explained, "The person who spread or disclosed personal information and the person who operated a site that sells sexual exploitation, both of whom are men."

He added that the related sites were blocked.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said that it is investigating the case of a telegram digital sex crime, also known as 'wu-gyo', which distributed illegally filmed footage on various sites separately from the '2nd room' case.

The position is that it is difficult to give a definitive answer on the timing of the end of the investigation into the accusation against the former president of the People's Power Lee Jun-seok, who was accused of destroying evidence.

Regarding the possibility of re-summoning former CEO Lee, he took a cautious attitude, saying, "It is a matter to be decided by looking at the investigation situation."
