In addition to the charges of aiding and abetting the murder related to the Valley Murder case and attempting to violate the Special Act on Prevention of Insurance Fraud, the prosecution added charges of misrepresentation such as inaccurate records and inaccurate records.



Prosecutors also charged him with violating the Commercial Act, obstruction of business, and violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.



However, the charges of attempted murder, which were included in the request for an arrest warrant for Mr. A in May of this year but were dismissed by the court, were excluded from the indictment.



Mr. A's case has not yet been assigned and the first trial date has not been set.
