A was arrested on July 25th on charges of illegally filming by installing a portable camera on the 9th floor of the women's restroom in Lotte Tower, Dongjak-gu, Seoul on July 21st.



At the time of the first arrest, the police applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A, but the prosecution at the time refused to watch the digital forensic result as there were no illegal footage from the camera.



As a result of digital forensics of Mr. A's camera used in the crime, about two months of illegally deleted footage came out.



She was also found to have been filming illegally in another bathroom in the same building.
