Jeon Joo-hwan (31, arrested), who killed a woman after persistent stalking, was transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office today (21st) on charges of retaliatory murder under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Special Price Act).

Jeon, who came out of the detention center at Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul at around 7:30 am, was asked if he admitted that he had illegally filmed and stalked the victim while standing at the photo line without a mask on.

He went on to say, "I did something really crazy."

However, he did not comment on the motive for the crime or whether it was planned in advance.

When asked if it was true that he was going to appear at the trial scheduled the day after the crime, Jeon said, "That's right."

As for the reason he tried to withdraw 17 million won before the crime, he said, "I was trying to give my parents."

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office has set up an investigation team dedicated to the case of Mr.

Prosecutors will conduct a reinforcement investigation for up to 20 days from this day, and then hand over Chun to trial.
