A man in his 60s who poured thinner on his Jindo dog and burned his body has been investigated by the prosecution.



Yesterday (19th), the Goesan Police Station in North Chungcheong Province announced that it had sent a 60-year-old man without detention on charges of violating the Animal Protection Act.
