Typhoon 'Nanmadol' is heading north, and the effect of the typhoon continues around the Yeongnam coast, including Busan and Ulsan.

Nan Madol is moving northeast from the sea and land near the west of Osaka.

In Korea, on the night of the 18th, one fisherman was swept away by the waves on the seashore near the Yongdam Coastal Road in Jeju Island and died, and the cover of a truck in Ulsan was blown away by strong winds.

Nanmadol, which has received heavy rains of up to 726mm in one day in Japan, is expected to gradually move away from Korea along the Japanese archipelago.

However, strong winds are expected to continue until today on the coast of Gyeongsang Province, which is in the radius of strong winds.

As sea waves of up to 10m or more are expected, the Meteorological Agency has urged special attention to avoid damage to coastal areas.
