Typhoon Hinnamno, the 11th typhoon, landed on the Korean Peninsula in the morning of the 6th and passed out to the East Sea, but some major roads in downtown Seoul are still under control due to the rise of the Han River.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, from 8 am today, the two-way traffic between the upper reaches of Nodeul Yeoui and the Hangang Bridge has been completely controlled.

This is due to the rise of the Han River water level due to torrential rain.

As of 9 a.m., in addition to Nodeulo, the two-way controlled sections of the roads in Seoul (including urban expressways) are ▲ Gangbyeonbuk-ro Mapo Bridge ~ Dongjak Bridge ▲ Olympic-daero Gayang Bridge ~ Dongjak Bridge ▲ Inner Ring Road Majang ~ Seongdong JC ▲ Dongbu Expressway Gunja ~ Seongsu There are 11 locations including JC ▲ Olympic-daero Yeouisang and downstream ramps ▲ Yangjaecheon-ro lower road ▲ Banpo-daero Jamsu Bridge ▲ Gaehwa Six Lock Gate.

There are four one-way control sections: ▲ Inner Circulation Road ramp (towards Seongsan) ▲ Seongsu JC connection road (Yeongdongdaegyo Bridge → Dongbu trunk line, Dongho Bridge → Dongbu trunk line) ▲ Nodeulo ramp (to Seongsan Bridge direction).

The access ramp (Surak Underpass - Seongdong JC), which was controlled from 10:30 last night, resumed at 4:55 am today.

The restriction on the passage of the ramp (to Seongsu JC) from 7:47 am today was also lifted at 8:20 am.

The city of Seoul has requested that people use public transportation as much as possible because severe congestion is expected due to road control.

Citizens using vehicles are asked to check traffic conditions in advance and to detour and drive safely.
