In Seoul, the water level of the Han River rose due to the typhoon, and traffic in both directions was restricted from last night.

Connect with reporters who are on-site.

Reporter Jung Jun-ho, let's start with the situation of the Jamsu Bridge.

I am currently attending Seoul Jamsu Bridge.

As the heavy rain continued to fall through the night, Jamsu Bridge is now closed to all other sculptures except for signs.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government completely controlled both directions of Jamsu Bridge around 9:50 pm yesterday (5th).

When the water level of the Jamsu Bridge exceeds 6.2, it becomes difficult for vehicles to pass through, so full control is implemented, but now it is over 7.8m.

At dawn this morning, the nodular ramps were controlled in both directions from Olympic Avenue, Dongjak Bridge to Gayang Bridge, and toward Seongsan Bridge.

Prior to that, last night, both sides of the Yeoui upstream and downstream IC of Olympic-daero and the section of Seongdonggyo Bridge from Surak Underpass on the Dongbu Arterial Road were also controlled.

Some sections of the Yangjaecheon-ro lower road were also controlled as the water level rose.

From KT R&D Headquarters to Yangjae Ribbon Tower Complex 1, from Olympia Building to Forestville Apartments.

Due to the influence of Hinnamno, 209.5mm of rain fell in Gangnam, Seoul, 208mm in Gangdong, 144.5mm in Gangbuk, and 156mm in Mapo from yesterday until 3 am today.

It rained a lot all night.

The city of Seoul also took a preemptive move to prepare for typhoon damage.

Since yesterday afternoon, fire departments in 25 autonomous districts of Seoul have entered the emergency duty system as the first stage of response.

Normally, the first stage of response is issued only when an accident has occurred, but preemptive measures were taken because of the recent torrential rain.

Now, the government has advised private companies to adjust their working hours, and it is said that many companies will follow suit.

However, if the road control continues as the rain intensifies, there is a concern that the commute to work may be disrupted.

All elementary schools and kindergartens in Seoul are closed today.

Middle schools can choose between closures and distance learning, and high schools decide whether or not to attend school at the principal's discretion.
