The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that as the water level of the Han River rose due to the influence of Typhoon Hinnamno, as of 9:51 pm on the 5th, the traffic in both directions of the Jamsu Bridge was completely controlled.



As of 10 pm, the water level of the Han River under the Jamsu Bridge was 6.2m, reaching the vehicle control level.



The city's Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters explained, "The discharge of the Paldang Dam has increased to more than 9,100 tons per second, and the traffic of vehicles on the Jamsu Bridge has been completely controlled."



The Jamsu Bridge pedestrian path was completely controlled from 7:51 pm earlier.



In Jamsu Bridge, when the water level of the Han River rises more than 5.5m, pedestrian traffic is controlled, and when the water level rises more than 6.2m, vehicle traffic is also controlled.



Some sections of the Yangjaecheon-ro lower road (KT R&D Headquarters ↔ Yangjae Ribbon Tower Complex 1, Olympia Building ↔ Forestville Apartments) have also been completely controlled from 1:35 pm on the day due to the rise in water level.
