At dawn today (3rd), in the middle of Seoul, a drunk driver crashed into a taxi with a passerby.

There have also been fire accidents in various places.

A black car is standing with a car in front crashing into it, and paramedics give first aid to a fallen passerby.



The accident happened around 5 am this morning.



The oncoming car collided with passers-by and a stopped taxi one after another.



The impact pushed it aside and collided with the bus next to it.



The driver was in a state of alcohol revocation level, and two acquaintances were also on the ride.



Eight people were injured in the accident and taken to a nearby hospital, of which two suffered serious injuries, including loss of consciousness or broken legs.



The police who arrested the driver are reviewing whether the charge of aiding drunk driving can be applied to the two passengers.

Around 9 this morning, a fire broke out on the fourth floor of a multi-family house in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and was extinguished in about an hour.



A man in his 60s who was in the house where the fire started was taken to the hospital with second-degree burns.

A haze of smoke rises from the hotel building.



At around 3pm today, a fire broke out in the ceiling of the cafe on the first floor of the hotel in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and it went out in about an hour.



No one was injured, but 44 people, including guests and staff, were evacuated.



Fire officials are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
