Not long ago, the salary slips of 9th grade civil servants were released.

The debate continues over the minimum wage, whether all allowances have been subtracted, and the salary of civil servants.

On the 30th of last month, the government announced the salary plan for civil servants for next year.

The plan included a 1.7% increase in wages for those under the fifth grade, but the civil servants' union protested by holding rallies in various places when it fell far short of the 7.4% originally requested.

The union argues that 'work is increasing, but the number of people to work is decreasing, and wages have remained flat for several years' and 'next year's 9th grade 1st salary is less than the minimum wage'.

On the other hand, some point out that the union's claims are exaggerated. They say that the number of people to work has decreased, but the number of civil servants has increased by nearly 130,000 through the last government.

In addition, if the treatment is so poor, there has been a rebuttal as to whether the civil servant competition ratio of dozens to one can be maintained.
