A 30-year-old man charged with sexually assaulting his 8-year-old sister for over 10 years has been acquitted.

Today (19th), the 1st Criminal Division of the Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court (Chief Judge Kim Young-min) acquitted Mr.

Person A was charged with three sexual offenses against her sister B, including two sexual assaults in May and June and September 2009 and one sexual assault in September 2010.

Her younger sister, Mr. B, sued her Mr. A through a lawyer in July last year, claiming that she was habitually sexually assaulted by Mr. A for 13 years, from 1998 to 2010, when she was a preschooler.

Accordingly, the prosecution decided that the place and situation had been specified and decided to indict Mr. A, and requested 8 years in prison for Mr.

However, the court found that Mr. B's statement was not credible.

The court pointed out, "The victim's statement is the only direct evidence of the charges in this case. However, the complaint submitted by the victim, the statement during the police investigation, and the statement made in this court are inconsistent."

He continued, "The victim stated that he had committed more than half of the crimes a month from the second year of middle school to the second year of high school, but the accused has been attending a school in Seoul since March 2009. He added that he made a statement that did not conform to the objective circumstances.

He continued, "Although the victim stated that he had been subjected to crimes against humanity for a long time, he and the accused also saw evildoings about his mother and had social media conversations that seemed to admire the accused. "This does not appear to be the behavior of a general victim of sexual assault," he said.

On this day, when Mr. A was acquitted, he sat down and cried.

When the judge asked Mr. A, "Do you want this judgment to be made public?" Mr. A answered, "Yes."
