She opened the first store at Calle de Príncipe de Vergara, 269, six years ago and already has 10 stores in the capital.

Each chicken, before being sold, has 36 hours of work behind it, with two marinating processes;

first of about 24 hours, to later enter a second of 12 in which the marinades of the

six own recipes are added

To cover their star dish they have potatoes, roasted peppers, chaufa rice, mashed potatoes, grilled corn, roasted sweet potatoes and coleslaw.

Also for the premises on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons, Dani García has created a summer menu full of light and tempting dishes, such as the new

, made with free-range chicken, Norwegian salmon, Baeri caviar and hollandaise sauce.

They can be enjoyed both in the living room and on the terrace.

Added to the menu are the tomato tatin with cacio e pepe parmesan ice cream, the jumbo poached asparagus with corn cream and long Iberian mascarpone or the 'Almond freshness' soup with white prawn, herring roe and angel hair.

Hake with gazpachuelo and sautéed soya beans and grilled lobster with beurre blanc de palo cortado and caviar are added to the fish.

The meats are grilled pigeon with cocoa and glazed endive and the exquisite Wagyu Kobe A5 loin.
