Person A is suspected of making a riot on an Air Busan flight that departed from Gimpo Airport on the afternoon of the 14th and was going to Jeju.



At that time, when the newborn baby burst out crying, Mr. A got up from the seat saying it was noisy, and started swearing at the baby and the baby's parents.



Even if the flight attendant stopped her, Mr. A took off his mask and repeatedly swearing at the baby and the couple, such as "Don't go if you can't educate yourself! If you're not confident, don't have a baby! This is XX". Upon arrival, he was handed over to the police.



A police official said, "First, we plan to investigate allegations of violations of the Aviation Security Act.



Article 23 of the Aviation Security Act stipulates that a person who threatens the safety of the aircraft and passengers by making a nuisance such as abusive language or loud swearing on board may be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or by a fine of not more than 30 million won.
