According to the police, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul received a report yesterday (15th) at 0:20 am near an apartment complex in Yongsan-gu, where four men were trying to kidnap a man in his 20s by forcibly riding it into a vehicle.
It is said that the kidnapped victim jumped and escaped while the car was moving around Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu.
The police, who were called to the scene after receiving the report, caught one of the four men who did not get in the car near the scene and accompany them on the basis of CCTV, etc.
It is said that the kidnapping suspect made a statement during the police investigation to the effect that he had a debt relationship with the victim.
Police are investigating the specifics of the incident and are pursuing the other three men.
