is a kids cafe in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do.

At around 5 pm on the 12th, a 3-year-old boy, who was riding an indoor 'mini train' with 8 other children, got his left foot caught in the rail of the train.

The kids cafe staff immediately stopped the train, and his parents moved group A to a hospital in the same building.

[Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters official: We were dispatched to that side (hospital).

And there, the state of cardiac arrest was confirmed, and CPR was performed.]

Group A, who received the first emergency treatment, was immediately transferred to the university hospital, but died from excessive bleeding about two hours after the accident.

As you can see, the kids cafe where the accident occurred is closed.

The mini train is a 14-passenger four-car train, and it is known that safety devices such as seat belts and safety bars are not properly equipped.

The police believe that the accident occurred while Army A was trying to get off the train alone, and they are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident by arresting the owner and staff of the kids cafe.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also plans to conduct a joint safety inspection of the kids cafe with the local government.

Children's play facilities must undergo a safety inspection before initial installation and re-inspection every two years.
