It was confirmed that the fire department worker did not send an ambulance after guiding, "You may be drunk. If you are not an emergency patient, call 112."
The reporter called the police as instructed by the fire department, but the passerby collapsed at 10:17 a.m. when the police arrived at the scene and was in cardiac arrest.
In the end, the reporter and the police reported it again, and the fire department dispatched the rescue team to the scene around 10:25 in the morning, 17 minutes after the initial report was received.
The passerby, who collapsed with the help of rescue teams, was taken to the hospital, but eventually died.
In response, a firefighter official said, "Information on the situation on the scene was not shared enough, so the worker judged that it was intoxicated rather than an emergency." I was instructed to re-report,” he explained.
