The
public knows
Antonio Pagudo (Baza, Granada, 1977) for many reasons.
Whether for the
series
La que se avecina
,
Yllana's theatrical shows
and, in recent weeks, for three movie premieres that accumulate on the billboard.
First it was
Mama noEnredes
, then
Héroes de barrio
and,
starting on August 12,
Por los pelos
.
Three comedies that prove that Pagudo handles this genre well.

THREE FILMS IN BILLBOARD
"It would be nice to find a movie theater that had all three movies on the bill
," the actor laughs.
"What I like about them is that they are very different. And my characters in each one have their own thing."
Sitting on a sofa after a marathon interview session, Pagudo feels satisfied with his work.
"Of course I'll go see them in public," he explains happily.
"
In the cinema, things are not controlled. Not like in the theater, where everything is seen in real time."

A comedy in which the hair problems suffered by many men give rise to numerous gags from three deluded people who think that
going to Turkey to put hair on their heads
is going to solve their problems in life.
A 'VERY SERIOUS' COMEDY
"This film is a 'very serious' comedy", explains the man from Granada. "I would like to see where people are going to laugh.
Especially
for those who have less hair causes problems.
I now look at bald people differently after having been one of them.
When I prepared the role I saw that there were many insecurities related to hair loss.
If even Boris Becker lost a Grand Slam thinking that his hair was going to fall out... The difficult thing is to see people who take it well".
Pagudo, who has plenty of hair, responds with respect and humility to questions related to baldness.
"I hope that people see the love with which I have prepared my character.
Hopefully it provokes conversations from those who prefer not to talk about it."

JOAQUÍN DEL BETIS, THAT CRACK
Among the experiences he has had through his work, the interpreter highlights
having met Joaquín, the Real Betis footballer, through the movie
Héroes de barrio
.
A crack of humor with which it is better not to compare.
"
I tell jokes that I've heard from him and they sound like shit to me. Joaquín can do whatever he wants
. His success outside of sports is that he works from the heart and with good vibes. He always gets a little more involved than what many would do. In football he is a leader. But, in general, he is someone special. I want leaders like him in my life."
For someone who has participated in the series
La que se avecina
, going out again and again in the thousand repetitions of the already broadcast episodes makes him a well-known face.
But, how do you live that in her house?
"At home my children have not seen it.
It reaches them more on TikTok and it catches their attention.
Sometimes they change the channel, I appear and we watch for a little while together."

A SPECIALIST ON BOARDS
For years, Antonio
Pagudo toured half the world with the Yllana company with shows that caused laughter and more laughter.
"I was born in that company that makes humor without words and I never gave up on a show. We always sought to have the public close. No matter how complicated the day was, we gave everything to take them on the path of provoking emotions."
On the boards, everything has happened to Pagudo.
"Until I split my head open, continue acting and when I'm done I go to the hospital. Or sprain my ankle and when I go to the doctor, whoever was treating me just saw me in the theater. Every day was a daily adventure."
Not to mention the disparate reactions recorded by the public in different countries.
"
In Japan people don't laugh, they cover their mouths. And then they clap a lot. In Portugal, Belgium and Germany they are very much like us
. "
In a parallel universe, who now has three movies in theaters
could have been a computer scientist.
"I wanted to study Image and Sound and I started doing Telecommunications Electronics. In the end I did Dramatic Art, but I will tell you that I love electronics and I never rule it out.
I love to continue training and I ask a lot of technical questions on the set."
