According to this notice, Ttareungi service will be suspended from 10:00 pm on August 8, 2022 until the heavy rain warning is lifted, and users who have previously rented Ttareungi can return it normally.
According to the Ttareungi Terms of Use, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended in the event of abnormal circumstances such as worsening of weather conditions, including rain and heavy snow.
An official from the Corporation said, "It is expected that citizens using Ttareungi will be inconvenienced, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as this is a measure to protect the safety of citizens from disaster situations."
