Today's (9th) morning commute is not as good as yesterday's, but it seems to be a little more difficult than usual.

However, there doesn't seem to be a problem with using public transport.

However, there is a road control section, so if you are coming by car, it would be better to prepare in advance.

We will connect with reporters who are at the scene to hear the relevant news in detail.

Reporter Jeong-eun Shin, looking at the sign behind me now, I see a sign for Isu Station, but it was flooded yesterday.

What is the situation now?

Yes, I am at Isu Station, where Seoul Subway Lines 4 and 7 pass.

I've been connecting to the site from 5 am and reporting the situation, but now the rain has stopped for a while.

I also go to Isu Station often, but on my way here, a lot of materials and garbage were left in a state of being wet and tangled in the rain.

Yesterday evening, rainwater filled the waiting room at Isu Station and the ceiling collapsed, causing a train on Line 7 to pass without stopping.

In addition to Isu Station, Dongjak Station and Sindaebang Station also passed without stopping at one time due to the risk of flooding.

The express train service of Subway Line 9 was also suspended due to some station restoration work.

However, from the first train this morning, trains are operating normally in all sections of Seoul Subway Lines 1 to 8.

All major roads in Seoul are under control.

From Dongjak Bridge to Olympic-daero, Gayang Bridge, Gimpo and Hanam, both directions were controlled, and the ramp section entering Yeouido was completely controlled.

The ramp section in the direction of Seongsan Bridge was also locked in water and controlled in both directions.

Also, 4 lanes are blocked from the middle of the Bongcheon Tunnel on the Gangnam Beltway to the entrance of the Seocho Tunnel.

The Gunja Bridge junction and the Gangbyeon North Road junction were also completely controlled.

The railroad tracks were flooded at Oryu-dong Station on the Gyeongin Line and Geumcheon-gu Office Station on the Gyeongbu Line, but were restored and resumed operation last night.

Administrative agencies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province delayed their work hours after 11 am, and sent a disaster message to the metropolitan area requesting an adjustment to the work hours.
