According to KORAIL, around 1 pm today (8th), the vicinity of two downbound lines from Juan Station of Gyeongin National Railway to Dohwa Station in Michuhol-gu, Incheon was flooded with rainwater.

As a result, one train passing through the section was delayed for about 20 minutes because of concerns about safety accidents, and the operation of seven following trains was also delayed.
KORAIL resumed operation normally around 1:20 pm when the rainwater that had accumulated around the track drained away.
A KORAIL official said, "The area around the track was temporarily submerged in rainwater, but it drained naturally."
