Moments later, this time, it dashes forward and crashes into another street tree, and the wheels spin and smoke billows out.

On the 4th, a 45-year-old man, A, had an accident while driving at a crossroad in Seosan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and lost consciousness while continuing to press the accelerator pedal.

This is the site of the accident.

As if the roadside tree was hit hard, only the roots remain bare.

It is the citizens around who hastily jumped out of the crisis that would lead to greater damage such as additional collisions or vehicle fires by pressing the accelerator pedal.

Approaching the car, looking at Mr. A's condition, he took a chair, smashed the window, and smashed the rear seat window with a hammer.

He put his hand through the broken window, opened the driver's door, and pulled Mr. A, who was unconscious, out of the car.

Seeing him twisting his limbs as he took a deep breath, he immediately began CPR.

[Kim In-tae/Nearby restaurant owner: People around me were doing CPR.

After that, breathing came back and I was breathing a little.]

After 4 minutes, Mr. A, who was handed over to the 119 paramedics who were dispatched after receiving a report, miraculously restored his consciousness.

He was transported to the hospital without major trauma other than bruises, and was safe enough to return home the same day.

[Jeon Gye-eon / Seosan Fire Station Prevention and Safety Division: When I arrived at the scene, the ignition was already off.

The driver came out and was lying on the floor.] The

police are investigating various causes, such as inexperienced driving, considering that it is not drunk driving.

At a dangerous moment when the wheels of the vehicle keep turning, the brave and quick response of the citizens prevented a secondary accident and saved precious lives.
