Part of the Eastern Arterial Road that was controlled by heavy rain on the 13th of last month
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the entire section of the Dongbu Expressway (Surak Underpass - Seongsu JC) will be fully controlled from 6:30 pm today (8th) due to torrential rain.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government explained, "As the water level of the Jungnangcheon Stream rises due to heavy rains in Seoul and northern Gyeonggi Province, we will fully control the main line and ramps."
The City Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters requested that "citizens check the traffic situation in advance and use public transportation as much as possible."
