On the morning of the 6th, a wild boar appeared at a bank in downtown Seoul.

I rushed to the booth where the ATM machine was installed, and it seems that I pushed the door and got stuck.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

It is an intersection in Junggye-dong, Seoul around 7:30 this morning.

A wild boar ran down the sidewalk and sprinted across the crossing.

Moments later, the wild boar rushed into a nearby bank teller booth.

[Kim Jung-soo / Witness: It came out that I went hiking in the morning at 8 am.

A wild boar just ran from over there.

He jumped and just ran over here, crossed the crosswalk and slammed into this bank gate.]

In front of the bank where a wild boar has invaded.

The wild boar, which appears to have descended from a nearby mountain, was found in a machine room inside a bank.

A wild boar shoved into the door of the machine room next to the ATM booth.

[Kim Young-seong / Nowon Fire Station Rescue Chief: I think you pushed the door in, a wild boar.

But you can push through this door, but you can't open it like this from inside.

Yes, there was a wild boar trapped inside.]

An hour after the wild boar rushed, firefighters came out of the bank with a boar carcass in sacks.

The fire department said that after rescuers dispatched to the building blocked the entrance of the building with a safety net to prevent the wild boar from escaping, a professional postman called by the ward office killed the wild boar.

Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The fire department explained that if they missed the wild boar, it would run out onto a road with frequent traffic and injure people, so a police officer was called in and took action.
