Yes, this is the scene of a fire in Gwango-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi-do.

The fire started around 10:20 am today in the four-story hospital building behind me.

First, the fire was extinguished at 11:30 am, after 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The fire department has issued the first stage of response, which mobilizes all fire department personnel in the jurisdiction.

We mobilized 40 equipment such as pump trucks and 110 people to carry out firefighting and rescue operations, but unfortunately there were no casualties.

Five people, including four patients and one nurse, were killed in the hospital on the fourth floor.

44 people inside the building were injured, including smoke inhalation, and were taken to a nearby hospital.

The fire department explained that there were a lot of people, including patients and medical staff, at the dialysis hospital, which caused a lot of casualties.

At the time of the fire, it was found that there were 46 people in the hospital, including 33 patients and 13 medical staff.

There were restaurants and offices on the first floor of the building where the fire broke out, an oriental medicine clinic and offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors, a screen golf course, and a hospital on the 4th floor.

I was working on demolition at the screen golf course on the third floor, and the fire department believes that the fire started there.

The fire did not spread to the fourth floor, but the smoke appeared to have increased as the smoke rose upstairs.

The fire department determined that sprinklers were installed only on the first floor of the building, and plans to begin an investigation into the exact cause of the fire as soon as the site is repaired.
