A teenager was arrested by the police after luring a man in his 30s to a motel with bait for prostitution underage and extorting money.

The Iksan Police Station in Jeollabuk-do announced today (4th) that they are investigating a 17-year-old man on charges of blackmailing and assaulting a prostitute in his 30s to steal money (joint blackmail, etc.).

Group A is accused of extorting money, including 1 million won in cash, after luring B, a man in his 30s, whom he knew through a chatting app, to a motel around 9 pm on the 2nd.

At that time, when group A entered the motel room where Mr. B had promised, it was revealed that he and 4 acquaintances followed, assaulted him and demanded money.

In response, Mr. B said, "I have to find money at an ATM," and got on his vehicle, moved to a nearby ATM, and withdrew 1 million won and handed it to them.

After that, Mr. B said that he would go to another ATM and drove them to a nearby district.

Army A was arrested as a current offender by the police officers of the district corps, and it is said that the remaining four have fled.

While the police are tracking the rest of the gang who took part in the crime, they are investigating the details of the crime against Army A.
