A story was told that a restaurant owner in Incheon gave an appearance review to a customer who left a review complaining about delivery.



Yesterday (2nd), on an online community, an article was posted saying, "Even though I made a fair request, I was not recognized for the shop's faults and even received a review on my appearance."



According to the article posted by author A, on the evening of the 31st of last month, Mr. A ordered water sashimi and kimchi jeon at a restaurant in Namdong-gu, Incheon, where he usually went.



However, it was pajeon, not kimchi, that was delivered to the house, and Mr. A informed the restaurant that it was delivered as pajeon by mistake.



Then, the owner said, "I saw you making kimchi jeon (in the kitchen)," and replied with the nuance that there was nothing wrong with it.



At the store owner's remarks, Mr. A took a picture of pajeon and sent it to him, and the store owner said, "Isn't that kimchi jeon?" Mr. A claimed.



When Mr. A protested again to the owner's absurd response, the owner responded, "I will send you (the money) again.



Mr. A, who did not apologize for the delivery mistake and was told 'Do not order again', decided that communication with the store was no longer possible, so he called the customer center of the delivery app and requested a refund.



The store owner, who spoke with the customer center of the delivery app, responded with the intent of 'I will refund only 13,000 won, the price of kimchi before midnight, to my account'. After hearing this, Mr. A waited for the deposit.



However, the refund amount was not deposited by the promised time, and Mr. A was able to receive a refund only after communicating with the customer center again.

In the name of the depositor, the words 'It's a waste' was written.



In the end, angry at the unpleasant response, Mr. A wrote the relevant information on the delivery app and left a review.
