A man in his 20s has been arrested by the police for stealing money from the parking lot of an apartment building with side mirrors aimed at cars that have not been folded.



According to the police today (1st), the Seocho Police Station in Seoul recently arrested and sent a man in his 20s to a charge of theft.



A is charged with stealing cash and valuables by opening the doors of 5 cars parked in the basement of an apartment in Seocho-gu around 9 pm on the 30th of last month.



A's crime was caught by an apartment security guard who was on night patrol that day.



Security officer B found a car with the side mirrors not folded and opened the door while looking around, and observed his actions carefully.



Accordingly, the security team confirmed that Mr. A was stealing goods by opening the door of an unlocked vehicle through CCTV, reported it to the police, and shared Mr. A's impression of wearing in a group chat room.



The security team members who found Mr. A based on this information blocked the entrance to the apartment to prevent Mr. A from escaping and handed over Mr. A to the police who arrived at the scene.



The police awarded a certificate of appreciation and a reward, saying that the role of security officer B was great in arresting Mr. A.



Security Agent B said, "He saw the suspicious movement of the criminal and only thought he had to catch it. He just did what he had to do."
