A story was told that a customer who left a review on a delivery app saying "The tteokbokki was completely blown" received an absurd reply from the owner.



Yesterday (27th), an article titled 'Look at the boss's review response' was posted in an online community.



According to the article, author A ordered chicken and tteokbokki at a chicken restaurant in Namdong-gu, Incheon, and left a review saying, "The chicken is delicious, but the chicken radish is rotten and the tteokbokki is blown."



After receiving an answer from the restaurant owner, Mr. A could not hide his absurdity.



This is because the restaurant owner left a mockery post saying, "The chicken radish and tteokbokki are rotten and burnt because the customer's face is blowing and rotting."



The owner explained, "Chicken radish is discolored by sunlight, but it is not rotten. We do not sell rotten radish." However, regarding tteokbokki, he sarcastically said, "As I said earlier, the customer's face is swollen."

Mr. A, who received a rude reply, revised the review to 1 star and said, "The answer is ridiculous." "It doesn't matter because I don't eat chicken radish, but the tteokbokki came completely blown up. Do I even have to understand this?"



Then, the store owner commented, "Even if I delete the review, there is a captured copy." "Did you get a call from customer service?

Afterwards, the store owner deleted all comments, added a new reply, "I'm sorry. Please contact me," and posted an apology to the community.



The apology contained the content, "I had a fight while working with my parents, and I commented after reading a review while having a drink after work," but the apology has now been deleted.
