Mr. A is charged with threatening with a gas gun in the mouth of Mr. B (63), the owner, at a pawnshop in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do on December 27 last year, assaulting Mr. B, who resists, and then trying to extort money and precious metals.

Mr. A, who lost all his money at Gangwon Land Casino, committed a crime to obtain gambling funds, and the gas gun he used in the crime was found to have been stolen from a passenger car while working at a car wash early in the same month.

Mr. A denied the crime in court, saying that it was "not intentional", but the court did not accept Mr.

Mr. A claimed that he had never stolen a gift certificate while working at a car wash, but the court also did not accept this on the basis of CCTV and black box video of the car wash.

The court said, "In the process of being arrested and escorted, he kicked and rioted, and in light of his attitude at the investigation agency or the court, he does not appear to be seriously reflecting." The sentence was decided based on the fact that he committed the crime in this case during the grace period,” he explained.
