An elementary school student in China was caught by the local police while driving on a highway without his parents' knowledge.

According to China's Pengpai Shimbun on the 21st local time, a report was received on the 18th that a police box in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, reported that two children had disappeared along with a car parked in a parking lot.

The local police, who started the investigation, confirmed that the vehicle of the reporter A was heading towards Jiangsu Province at a speed of 120 km/h.

However, the police had no choice but to be astonished when they checked the CCTV installed on the road.

This is because the driver was none other than B (12), the missing son of the couple who reported A.

Even a young daughter who had disappeared was sitting in the passenger seat, and the vehicle was driving out of Zhejiang and heading towards Jiangsu Province, which is about 100 km away from their home.

The police immediately sought cooperation from the Jiangsu Provincial Police, and the situation was settled when Army B stopped the car in a parking lot near a school.

As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that the 12-year-old group B was at home with his sister on vacation, and secretly took the steering wheel for reasons of boredom while his parents went to work.

Group B, who has been closely observing his father driving, was found to have mastered the basics of car operation, and it turned out to be relatively easy to drive because he had played vehicle-related simulation games.

The police said, "There was no dangerous situation even though I was running at a high speed and driving was unstable."
