The police, who investigated the case of sexual assault and fall of a female student on the Inha University campus, sent a male student to the prosecution today (22nd) for homicide, which is applied when there is no intention of murder.

The Incheon Michuhol Police Station announced today that a 20-year-old student at Inha University, who was arrested on charges of quasi-rape and murder, was charged with filming using a camera, etc.

In front of the police station before being sent to the prosecution, Mr. A firmly shut his mouth when asked by the reporters, "Do you admit all the charges? What was your intention to film the crime scene?"

When asked, "Why didn't you take relief measures (after the victim's fall)? Do you have anything to say to the victim and his/her family?" he said, "I'm truly sorry."

Person A is suspected of having sexually assaulted her acquaintance, woman B, in her 20s, in a five-story college building on the campus of Inha University in Michuhol-gu, Incheon at dawn on the 15th, and then fell from the third floor to death.

He is also accused of filming the crime scene with B using his cell phone.

When Mr. B fell from the 3rd floor hallway window to the 1st floor, Mr. A threw Mr. B's clothes in another place and ran to his room, and was arrested by the police on the afternoon of the same day.

After the fall, Mr. B was left alone bleeding on the roadside in front of the building for about an hour and a half after falling, and was found by a passerby at 3:49 a.m. and was taken to the hospital, but died three hours later.

Although he was a bit weak when he was first discovered,

Based on this fact, the police considered whether to apply the murder charge to Mr.

In addition, to check whether A intentionally pushed Mr. B, we conducted experiments assuming various situations at the scene of the incident and reviewed the legal principles, but it was judged that it was difficult to apply the murder charge.

The police could not find any evidence that Mr. B was pushed by force just before he fell, or evidence that Mr. A used force to push him.

During the police investigation, Mr. A admitted that Mr. B was killed by falling from a building, but he denied the intention of the murder, saying, "He did not push Mr. B."

However, it is said that he did not answer the reason why he did not call 911 after Mr. B crashed.

Police said that they found out the specific cause of the fall of Mr. B through investigation, but could not disclose it.

However, after securing the video taken at the time of the crime from A's cell phone found at the scene of the crime, the police additionally applied the charge of illegal filming.

The video, which was filmed before Mr. B's crash, did not capture the crime scene properly, but it was reported that the voice was recorded.

A police official said, "We cannot reveal specific details because the suspect can prepare for the future prosecution investigation and trial process." did," he said.
