Yesterday (20th) around 3:30 a.m., a car on the coast road in Gonae-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si overturned, killing three men and women in their 20s and injuring four others.

As a result of the CCTV check, it appears that the accident vehicle was overturned by bumping into a rock while turning a curve.

At that time, there were seven men and women in the five-seater car.



These are tourists and employees who met at the guesthouse, and it is known that three out of six guests are a party, and the other three went on their own trips and got into the accident vehicle.

The vehicle was identified as a rental car.

Neighbors said the area had had several accidents before.



Police believe the accident happened while they were traveling after drinking at a restaurant near the guesthouse.

Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident, including whether the driver was drunk or speeding.
